Nursing diagnoses and outcomes for children with nutritional anomalies: a descriptive study

Abstract: Objectives: to develop nursing diagnoses and outcomes for children with nutritional anomalies based on terms found in a children’s clinical protocol and on the 2017 International Classification for Nursing Practice.
