Abstract:The present study focused on evaluating the proximate analysis, mineral composition, and in vitro anti‐giardial activity of Pimpinella anisum seed extracts, which are aromatic plants with a long history of usage in folk and conventional medicine, as well as pharmaceutical manufacturing.
