Objetivos e desafios da política de compras públicas sustentáveis no Brasil: a opinião dos especialistas

Abstract: O presente artigo investiga como os especialistas compreendem, refutam ou validam os objetivos e estabelecem os desafios prioritários à implementação da política pública de compras sustentáveis na esfera federal.
