Abstract:By means of the Slein’s method the serum phosphoglucoseisomerase (PGI) was investigated in 146 cases of various dermatoses. In comparison with the values obtained in 50 healthy subjects, PGI was increased in patients suffering from pemphigus vulgaris, legs angiodermatitis, psoriasis, eczema, urticaria and allergic erythemas. The PGI augmentation was smaller in scleroderma and practically without modifications in chronic lupus erythematosus.
