Abstract:: An obturator hernia is a rare type of abdominal hernia that can cause acute intestinal obstruction. Meckel’s diverticulum, the most common gastrointestinal tract malformation, is an uncommon cause of intestinal obstruction. The combination of obturator hernia and Meckel’s diverticulum is extremely rare.
