Occult Andersson lesions in patients with ankylosing spondylitis: undetectable destructive lesions on plain radiographs

Abstract: Background: Andersson lesions (ALs) are not uncommon in ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Plain radiography (PR) is widely used for the diagnosis of ALs.
