Abstract:Christina's career started in the United States where she earned a Masters' degree in community counselling. She has since received a PhD in Industrial-Organizational psychology researching aid workers' resilience. Christina worked in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East as a counsellor to aid workers and now lives in England.
