Ocorrência e controle do estresse em gestantes sedentárias e fisicamente ativas

Abstract: RESUMOCom o objetivo de investigar a ocorrência e controle do estresse em gestantes sedentárias e fisicamente ativas, 30 gestantes usuárias do Sistema Único de Saúde/São José/SC responderam a Escala de Estresse Percebido, questões referentes às fontes, estratégias de controle do estresse e nível de atividade física.
