Abstract:In this article, we present a series of three patients who reported to the department with different chief complaints. The patients underwent the necessary basic and advanced radiological investigations which showed presence of cysts along with impacted teeth in the maxillary sinus, following which all the patients were subjected to cyst enucleation under GA and the surgical specimens were sent for histopathological examination for definitive diagnosis.
