“…These inequities in the Circumpolar North may be the consequence of unique socioeconomic and environmental circumstances that have resulted in lower health literacy, lack of access to high quality healthcare, and greater food insecurity when compared to many other world regions (Brega et al 2012;Driscoll et al 2013;IPCC 2014;Sharma 2010;Smith et al 2009).
