On-chip frequency compensation control scheme with independently parameters tuning and green native adaptive voltage position (GNAVP) for voltage regulators

Abstract: This paper proposes a novel on-chip frequency compensation control scheme with analog control loops and digital interface for voltage regulators. The novel control scheme provide on-chip frequency compensation with independently parameters changing by I 2 C interface, which saves component count, IC pin count, board area, and engineering time to change compensation components.
