Abstract:This paper presents a novel approach to improving the I DDQ-based diagnosability of a CMOS circuit by dividing the circuit into independent partitions and using a separate power supply for each partition. This technique makes it possible to implement multiple I DDQ measurement points, resulting in improved I DDQ-based diagnosability. The paper formalizes the problem of partitioning a circuit for this purpose and proposes optimal and heuristic based solutions. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demon… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
