Abstract:A few closely spaced receiver ionospheric drift records for an equatorial station in the Indian zone (Thumba, 0.6øS dip) are subjected to various methods of analysis proposed by different workers from time to time. It is shown that the modified time delay method of Bamgboye et al. offers a good substitute for the full correlation analysis for an equatorial station like Thumba when a complete knowledge of the ground diffraction pattern is to be derived from the time shifts alone. The methods proposed by POtter … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
