On wide frequency range airborne ultrasonic transducers

Abstract: Airborne ultrasonic transducers with wide range of working frequency (50-200 kHz) are considered in this paper. The transducers are made from a special electromechanical film (EMFIT). Previous works based on EMFIT have considered aluminum active surfaces, on one or both sides of the transducer. The present work considers active surfaces made from gold.
