Abstract:Background: The recommended treatment for early glottic cancer is trans-oral laser microsurgery, with excellent oncological and functional outcomes. The aim of this study is to evaluate oncological and functional outcomes in patients who underwent monolateral type III laser cordectomy for early glottic cancer.
