Abstract: The Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture (UABB) has been hampered in achieving a ‘co-construction’ between Shenzhen and Hong Kong since its debut. The twin exhibitions have distinct organizational structures, funding resources and curatorial strategies.
