One coast, two systems: Regional innovation systems and entrepreneurial discovery in Western Norway

Abstract: This paper introduces an analytical framework for understanding how specialized and diversified regional innovation system (RIS) differ in the way an entrepreneurial discovery process (EDP) is likely to unfold.
