Abstract:We successfully utilized one donor cornea for three patients: firstly, a crescentic lamellar keratoplasty for Terrien’s marginal degeneration; secondly, Descemet’s membrane endothelial keratoplasty for Fuchs endothelial dystrophy; and finally, deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty for an advanced keratoconus patient.
