Only some patients with bulbar and spinal muscular atrophy may develop cardiac disease

Abstract: ObjectivesAccording to recent publications, some patients with spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy (BSMA) develop cardiac disease, manifesting as ST-segment abnormalities, Brugada-syndrome, dilative cardiomyopathy, or sudden cardiac death.
