Abstract: Background Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILC) develop from Common Lymphoid Precursors in the bone marrow, and ILC precursors (ILCP) migrate to mucosa where they mature, promote homeostasis, and provide a potent, antigen-non-specific sources of cytokines.
