Open surgical approach for two coincidental splenic artery aneurysms: a case report

Abstract: Several factors can contribute to the formation of aneurysms, including hemodynamic changes, polyarteritis nodosa, bacterial endocarditis, vasculitis, fibromuscular dysplasia, vascular malformation, and cystic medial necrosis.
