OpenVoice: Low-cost mobile wireless communication project for rural area based on OpenWRT

Abstract: Communication is one of essential elements of a life included the people who live at rural areas. However, in fact telecommunications in rural area get a lot of constraints such as expensive infrastructure, difficult terrain and electrical problem.
