Opioid and sedative requirements in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation patients on hydromorphone versus fentanyl

Abstract: Background:The extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) circuit causes pharmacokinetic alterations of medications which impact drug selection and dosing.
