Opportunities to increase early diagnostics and treatment compliance of BPH progression.

Abstract: Introduction. Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is one of the most common diseases of the genitourinary system in men. Severe symptoms of lower urinary tract dysfunction (LUTS), which develop with BPH, worsen the quality of life. Prophylactic examinations, dynamic monitoring and necessary treatment: conservative (nonpharmacological and pharmacological treatment) or surgical treatment are necessary to control the course of the disease.
