Optical Flow Prediction for Blind and Non-Blind Video Error Concealment Using Deep Neural Networks

Abstract: A novel optical flow prediction model using an adaptable deep neural network architecture for blind and non-blind error concealment of videos degraded by transmission loss is presented.
