Optical Propagation in Magneto-Optical Materials

Abstract: Magneto-optical materials present anisotropy in the electrical permittivity controlled by a magnetic field, which affects the propagation characteristics of light and stands out in the design of nonreciprocal devices, such as optical isolators and circulators.
