Abstract:Optical tomography provides three-dimensional data of the measured specimen, while quantitative phase imaging enables measuring the induced phase-shifts. Combining those two technologies makes possible to get three-dimensional refractive index reconstruction. This can be achieved by introducing a scan in the measurement process, which can be done in several ways. We present and compare results of tomographic measurements, taken either in angle-scanning or wavelength-scanning approach, respectively in transmiss… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
