Optical tomography by digital holographic microscopy

Abstract: Optical tomography provides three-dimensional data of the measured specimen, while quantitative phase imaging enables measuring the induced phase-shifts. Combining those two technologies makes possible to get three-dimensional refractive index reconstruction.
