Optimal Design of Inertial Mass Damper for Sdof Elastic-Plastic Building Structures Subjected to Long-Duration Earthquake Ground Motions

Abstract: Shun NAKATA, Kohei FUJITA and Izuru TAKEWAKI Tuned mass dampers exhibit high performance when optimally tuned to a structure.
