Optimal supervisory control of a central chilled water plant with heuristic search sequential quadratic programming

Abstract: A new methodology for adapting rigorous simulation programs to optimal supervisory control of a central chilled water plant is proposed in this article, which solves plant operation mode optimization and set points optimization by combining heuristic search with sequential quadratic programming.
