Optimal tracking performance of communication‐constrained systems under energy constraints

Abstract: This paper investigates the optimal tracking performance of systems by considering packet dropouts, additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN), and coding under energy constraints. The optimal tracking performance of communication-constrained systems is obtained by spectral decomposition and partial factorization.
