Optimal variational difference method of solving the limiting problem for one quasisingular class of elliptic problems

Abstract: In this work we construct a quasisingular class of elliptic problems. We show that the problem is in a definite sense a limiting problem for this class. Finally, we prove that we can choose the optimal variational difference solution to one of the problems in the class constructed as the optimal (in the sense of the Kolmogorov TV-width) approximate solution of the original problem.
