OptimisingMycobacterium tuberculosisdetection in resource limited settings

Abstract: ObjectivesThe light-emitting diode (LED) fluorescence microscopy has made acid-fast bacilli (AFB) detection faster and efficient although its optimal performance in resource-limited settings is still being studied.
