Abstract:The amount of intake resistance of the air filter has a significant impact on engine performance. This article proposes a structural optimization plan to address the issue of excessive intake resistance in an engine air filter. Based on computational fluid dynamics, simulation analysis was conducted on the pressure and velocity fields inside the air filter before and after optimization.
