Optimization of Antioxidant Extraction from Freeze-dried Pulp, Peel, and Seed of Burmese grape (Baccaurea ramiflora Lour.) by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract: This study aimed to attain the optimum condition necessary for extracting the maximum yield of antioxidants from the freeze-dried pulp, peel, and seed of Burmese grape using response surface methodology (RSM).
