Optimization of Electric Vehicles Based on Frank-Copula-GlueCVaR Combined Wind and Photovoltaic Output Scheduling Research

Abstract: Improving the efficiency of renewable energy and electricity utilization is an urgent problem for China under the objectives of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization.
