Optimization of Extraction Technology, Structure, and Antioxidant Activity of Polysaccharide from Grifola frondosa

Abstract: Using DMSO as solvent, ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Grifola frondosa is studied. The effects of different extraction conditions on the yield of polysaccharides are investigated. The optimal extraction conditions are found by a Box-Behnken design. The results showed that the yield of Grifola frondosa polysaccharide can reach 6.94% under the following conditions: liquid-solid ratio of 33.8 mL g -1 , ultrasonic power of 104.6 W, extraction temperature of 35.6°C, and extraction time of 4.… Show more
