Optimization of SpGEMM with Risc-V vector instructions

Abstract: The Sparse GEneral Matrix-Matrix multiplication (SpGEMM) 𝐢 = 𝐴 Γ— 𝐡 is a fundamental routine extensively used in domains like machine learning or graph analytics.
