Abstract: Geobacillus sp. is recognized for its potential to produce bacteriocins, antibacterial substances that hold promise in addressing gastrointestinal illnesses. This study aimed to optimize the medium and pH conditions for producing antibacterial substances by Geobacillus kaustophilus Tm6T2 (a).
