Optimized rapid production of recombinant secreted proteins in CHO cells grown in suspension: The case of RBD

Abstract: Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO) have become the most common workhorse for the commercial production of therapeutic proteins, as well as for the production of recombinant proteins for biomedical research.
