Optimizing Anti-Thymocyte Globulin Exposure to Improve Survival Chances after Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation for Acute Leukemia and Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Abstract: mens (Figure 2). Conclusions: ATG-exposure after HCT influences survival chances. These results stresses the importance of improving the efficacy and safety of ATG-dosing in HCT by amending dosing. Individualizing ATG-dosing, based on lymphocyte counts rather than bodyweight , could result in improved survival chances after HCT.
