Optimizing Anti-Thymocyte Globulin Exposure to Improve Survival Chances after Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation for Acute Leukemia and Myelodysplastic Syndrome
Abstract:mens (Figure 2). Conclusions: ATG-exposure after HCT influences survival chances. These results stresses the importance of improving the efficacy and safety of ATG-dosing in HCT by amending dosing. Individualizing ATG-dosing, based on lymphocyte counts rather than bodyweight , could result in improved survival chances after HCT.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
