Optimizing the evaluation model of green building management based on the concept of urban ecology and environment

Abstract: Eco-city and green building are the global development strategies today. In order to improve the management level of green buildings in the urbanization process, a reciprocal symbiosis evaluation index model is proposed based on the theory of urban ecology. On this basis, the collaborative relationship model between Eco-city and green building is established, and the green building management framework based on the collaborative theory is constructed. The expert survey method was used to determine the evaluati… Show more

“…Since the nineteenth century, the industrial revolution has brought serious environmental problems to mankind, such as the greenhouse effect, and the deterioration of the ecological environment has caused abnormal changes in the global climate. At present, to create a sustainable human home environment, many countries have begun to pay attention to the development of green smart buildings [1][2][3] because the energy consumption of building businesses is very large. For example, the construction industry uses 40% of the world's available energy, 16% of the world's available water, and 40% of the world's available raw materials [4].…”

“…Green buildings fully embody the concept of sustainable development in architecture, and green building technology and economic evaluation are one of the most fundamental and crucial tasks in promoting green buildings [58,59]. Through effective economic evaluation, it is possible to select the most suitable technical scheme among the new technical schemes of green buildings, effectively control the project cost, further improve the economic benefits of project investment, and also provide practical guidance and reference for similar project construction [60,61]. The so-called green building technology and economic evaluation mainly refers to the detailed analysis and evaluation of the technical feasibility, economy, and other aspects of setting different plans, while referring to the obtained evaluation results to determine the final technical plan [58][59][60][61].…”

“…Furthermore, the importance of ascertaining the cost of going "green" is paramount and cannot be overlooked (JKR and CIDB, 2017). key principles of sustainable building design emphasize the selection of brown eld land for sustainable building development (Lyu et al, 2023). González, et al, (2010) reiterated the need for site optimization via windmills and solar energy, to reduce the dependency on fossil fuel-derived energy.…”
