Orbital Apex Syndrome in a Patient With Histiocytic Sarcoma

Abstract: A man in his early 20s presented with a headache for 3 weeks and right ptosis and diplopia for 1 week as well as loss of vision in the right eye for 2 days. Neurological examination revealed an orbital apex syndrome including impairment of the right II, III, IV, V1, and VI cranial nerves. No significant personal or family history was present.
