Organic Vegetables Quality Arising from the Brazilian Family-Run Farm

Abstract: The present study has its aim to evaluate the different dimensions of organic vegetables quality from the Brazilian family-run farm, especially the evaluation of composition, antioxidant activity, microbiological characteristics and pesticide residues.
