Abstract:BackgroundThis report describes the case of a patient with jaw deformity, osteogenesis imperfecta (OI), and low von Willebrand factor (low VWF).Case presentationA 30‐year‐old woman with OI was referred for the treatment of prognathism of the lower jaw. Laboratory data showed that partial thromboplastin time was slightly increased, so additional testing was performed and revealed low VWF.
