Osborn waves in a patient with baseline right bundle branch block

Abstract: Learning Point for Clinicians: This image highlights the appearance of Osborn waves in patients with an underlying right bundle branch. Pre-existing J-point changes can make the appearance of Osborn waves challenging. Osborn waves predispose to ventricular fibrillation, and recognition of this entity is critical for physicians to prevent the manifestation of further life-threatening arrhythmias.
