Abstract:Hyperostosis triangularis ilii, also called osteitis condensans ilii (OCI), is a rare condition, mostly occurring in females, and the etiology is unknown. This disease is a sclerotic disorder associated with iliac fibrosis, a noninflammatory and self-limiting disorder.
