Abstract:Background.The present study demonstrates changes in the serum osteocalcin concentration after oral administration of calcium in patients with hypercalciuria, nephrolithiasis and primary hyperparathyroidism and the osteocalcin serum concentration as a differential diagnostic value for hypercalciurias.
