Abstract:Frontal bone fracture is a common facial bone fracture which commonly involved the outer table part. Most of the time outer table fracture is treated conservatively. However, when there is involvement of orbital wall fracture, as well as entrapment of extraocular muscle, surgical intervention via open reduction and internal fixation is needed.
