Abstract:A healthy 32-year-old G3P3 woman with an unknown last menstrual period presented to the emergency department with intense abdominal pain and pain in the right chest that radiated down the right arm. Further workup showed that she had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy with significant haemoperitoneum.
