P-012 CCL2 expression is correlated with Snail expression and affects the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer

Abstract: Introduction: Aberrant expression of CCL2 has been reported in a variety of malignancies and is associated with adverse prognosis including gastric cancer (GC). CCL2 has been shown to play a critical role in recruiting monocytes/macrophages. Our previous study has shown high infiltration of tumor-associated macrophages influence poor prognosis in human GC patients and associate with the phenomenon of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT).
